Our Team

Mr. Lascoe graduated from Colorado State University in 1990 with a degree in psychology and criminal justice. He then graduated from Detroit College of Law (now known as Michigan State University School of Law) in 1995. Since then, Mr. Lascoe has successfully defended clients in automobile negligence, commercial litigation, insurance coverage, appellate practice, product liability, premises liability, general negligence litigation. He has defended many nationwide restaurant chains and retail establishments throughout the country. Mr. Lascoe has been prevailing counsel for appellants in over numerous cases before the Michigan Supreme Court and the Michigan Court of Appeals.

Mr. Lascoe is a member in good standing with the State Bar of Michigan, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Michigan Supreme Court.

Ms. Horn graduated from Florida State University in 2008 with degrees in finance and business management. In 2012, she graduated cum laude from Thomas M. Cooley Law School where she served as senior associate editor of the Law Review. Since then, Ms. Horn has vigorously and successfully defended clients in general civil litigation involving automobile negligence, trucking liability, premises liability, product liability, construction defect, and employment law. Ms. Horn has successfully argued and prevailed in many cases before the Michigan Court of Appeals.

Ms. Horn is a member in good standing with the State Bar of Michigan, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
